Error in assembly

When I received the pc, I checked the condition and I did well, the graphics card was not clipped in properly and aiming for it anyway, the fact that it made tracks on the motherboard port, rubbing, during transport. The grey plate on the back of the graphics card was too long for the case, you just had to bend it a bit to get it to fit.
