The right device for my office needs
Efficient and silent, easy to assemble
The parcel was a little late but nothing serious. There was a small special screw missing on the motherboard that prevented me from fitting the Flash memory card. After asking customer service for a replacement, I received 2! Thanks for everything.
The hardware arrived just about on time. It was missing a small special screw for mounting the small Flash memory card, which screws into the motherboard. I wrote to them asking them to send me this screw. I received 2. Everything is fine now. Customer service that listens. I would recommend both PC Frakass and LDLC.
I am completely satisfied with this product and its components. I haven't assembled a PC for a very long time. I regret the lack of explanation in the user manuals, but it seems that the current standard is the IKEA standard. Thank goodness for search engines.
Very good PC, assembled quickly and easily, there is a lot of space in the tower, it's very pleasant. I have a minor problem with Chronopost delivery... 2 parcels arrived 5 days apart even though they left your warehouse at the same time. The second contained the tower with a window and the box was badly damaged, fortunately for me there was no breakage.
Ideal for low-budget office use if you know how to assemble the components and install Windows.
Very quick to assemble because there's not much to plug in.
We might have saved on price by getting a smaller tower for micro ATX.
That said, the case is of very good quality and will accommodate a future upgrade.
Admittedly, the configuration is minimalist and basic, but sufficient for my parents' daily office use. The PC is well put together and of high quality, and the case is surprisingly quiet, something I've never experienced with other cases I've had.
All you need to know is that you have to assemble your PC and install Windows. Not everyone can do this.
