1st product received defective (black screen)
I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a good one or not.

I have just asked LDLC for a refund

and I am told that I have 4-5 working days to return the faulty machine before a new one is sent.
I bought an MSI to be "safe" .... frustration.
I was able to see the machine despite everything:
- great finish
- great cabling
- great ventilation
I will ask for a commercial gesture I think
