Crystal-clear picture in films and news reports. Compared with other TVs in conventional shops before purchase, it crushes the competition (Sony, Panasonic, LG, etc.). Fluidity is almost perfect. You won't find better. The beauty of the picture grain and the absolute depth of the blacks are incredible. For once, the sound is perfectly correct for a Samsung TV. Only sporting events (football, for example) are unimpressive, but that must be down to the source of the image, as films, series, TV films and news reports are perfect. The parcel arrived quickly, but the large box was missing one strap out of 2! It doesn't look good. That said, I still took the risk of receiving the TV. When I unpacked it, I was quickly reassured as it was unquestionably 100% new. Thank goodness for that. It was just an external strap that was missing. I'd definitely buy a Samsung TV again in the future. You can even play films on DVD, and the picture and fluidity are much improved (no jerking).
