With the LocknCharge FUYL Tower and its cloud-based software, enjoy a complete solution for charging, storing, securing mobile devices and efficiently managing operational workflows. This smart tower from LocknCharge enables organizations to achieve their goals by saving time and resources by automating the sharing of mobile devices without physical interaction. It is truly designed to make users' lives easier, and automate the management of mobile devices (iPads, tablets, Chromebooks, Laptops). Access the web-based tower control portal through an annual subscription to the LocknCharge Cloud. Theinitial subscription is included with each FUYL Tower.
- Employees, students or your visitors can easily collect the prepared devices from the lockers according to their needs. Set the default (or manual) settings for who can access which locker(s). The event calendar then allows you to track in real time who is accessing the lockers to remove a device, or to return it (date/time).
- Reduce device downtime by automating your problem resolution process. Employees/students can easily drop off a broken device in one of the FUYL Tower's secure storage lockers and retrieve a ready-to-use device.
- Employees (such as field or on-site teams) can easily share available devices. Set up who has access to which cabinets and lockers and when, then control the dates and times of device check-in and check-out in the event calendar.
- For the loan or rental of equipment, simply grant a person access to a locker, tower or group of towers. Control who accesses the smart locker and when, as well as the date and time the device is returned.
- Setting a tower to public mode makes it available to anyone who needs to charge/store their mobile device securely. Examples include: students, employees, visitors who need to charge their device during the day, for sites where devices are prohibited, etc.
