Doesn't live up to its promises, too bad

On paper, 100W, but when you connect a PC (60-65W) and a smartphone (20W), the PC disconnects!
So, we have a heavy and cumbersome charger, 2 usb-c ports with a capacity of 100W to charge each device alternatively. What's the point? I buy a single 60W charger, smaller and lighter, and I do the same thing for less money and more convenience.
