Great screen, works very well after 2 years, very easy to set up and works as plug and play.
It's a nice screen, that said, it's slightly lacking in taste/accentuation of colours. For office use it's perfect, decent for gaming but nothing more.
Quick delivery, excellent packaging, easy assembly and connection.
An HDMI cable would have been appreciated
I bought a second screen for my personal business from LDLC laval, reception and advice nothing to complain about.
My desire for a second screen was perfectly understood and I was directed to this product which suits me perfectly! I would return to LDLC without any problem for other purchases.
First PC screen and frankly I'm not disappointed. I had my doubts about the image but it's perfect. I'd recommend this product, which I think is a good value for money for a first gaming screen.
For the efficiency of distribution, delivery times and communication about the status of orders
I bought this screen on 8 July and it stopped working properly on 20 December (very pronounced and permanent shaking). I requested a return for repair from Samsung customer service, who neglected to tell me that I should not send back the screen stand (on the other hand, they do specify that you should send back all the accessories...). When I got the repaired screen back, customer service sent me the stand as well... but not the screw that secures the stand to the stand. For a month now, every time I call or send an email, I'm told that they're taking care of it...
So not only does the equipment not last, but it seems to me that customer service doesn't care about the customer.
Perfect packaging and delivery for this screen order. What more can I say than that I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the delivery of this parcel, which arrived at its destination without any problems at the relay I had chosen.

For an LED, and for small budgets, the image rendering is very good for my Switch and plugging in my computer to watch films. It's also very ergonomic: you can adjust the height, tilt and rotation from left to right and vice versa. The base is heavy enough to keep the screen stable. Very easy to assemble.
