At the top!
Having an Xbox Series X, I was looking for a fully compatible TV. And this one is exactly what I wanted. It is one of the best value for money with the current promo + ODR.
This TV has outstanding picture quality, nothing like my old one from 2015. We can thank the QLed part of the display which manages the colorimetry and saturation of the images. The MiniLed part is a plus for the luminosity and thus the HDR. HDR 10 and Dolby Vision compatible, what more could you ask for? The whole thing is managed by Android TV (to date, still not received the update to Google TV but planned by TCL).
So far I haven't had any bugs (I'm on update 083). I have coupled it directly to a Samsung 2.1 sound bar so I can't note the integrated sound bar from Onkyo. The TV is delivered with 2 remotes, I only use the small one which is largely sufficient for my use (essentially Gaming so the only remote controls the switching on of the screen, the console as well as the sound bar). The movie mode is great for home cinema sessions!
Attention: for gamers, to activate the "full" game mode, go to "Image" then select Game mode. Then in "System", it is there that it will be possible to activate the VRR, the ALLM and also activated the "Game Mode"! Complicated but necessary to play in the best conditions!
The only hitch that takes a star off the score is the settings menu which is poorly done, even after several days with it, still hard to get the hang of. It's on this side that TCL should propose something much more ergonomic and user-friendly.
