This product is faulty, is a refund or exchange possible?
Several reinstallations and resets of the factory settings have not improved anything, on the contrary, impossible to make copies... The warranty starts in April although the product was purchased in October 2021...
Nothing to complain about so far. Very easy to use, installation of the cartridges very simple compared to others. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.
Excellent choice. Quiet and efficient printer. Wifi access is a real plus. Can print from a smartphone or tablet.
I recommend it. However, the Instant Ink system is not advantageous.
For an all-in-one printer, it does the job. It prints, it scans. Well, nothing new under the sun. On the other hand, the interface under Win10 is deadly. HP Smart is apparently a web application, so each click causes an annoying lag. Moreover, it's not easy to navigate in the settings (there are many of them in multiple places). Finally, it's impossible (or I haven't found) to set parameters as simple as the default scan size (and no, Mr HP, in Europe, we don't use the Legal format and you have to put A4 on each scan). In short, a painful UX which is not acceptable in 2021.
