If you let it do that, you lose whole reams of photo paper and so on. Even if you unplug it, it makes NO difference. The level of the ink tanks is plunging as far as the eye can see...

No wonder, for disposable products made for less than 20 € in Asia. My Samsung laser bought for 150 € lasted 5 years, but it was another time.
