Once the software was installed and the connection established (with difficulty and with the help of tutorials found on the internet), this printer proved to be easy to use, with satisfactory quality prints.
I wanted a fast, high-performance printer.
This printer meets all these criteria and I'm very happy with it.
Very good printer, problem-free installation (I downloaded the drivers for the Epson 4820 from the Epson site), very quick and problem-free wifi setting (it connects to the IP address of the network, so there's no need to give it a wifi code). The scanner works perfectly. The copies are of good quality, it is very fast in all functions and not very noisy. You can even change the size of the sheets (A5, A6, etc.). What's more, it's cheaper than on other retailers' websites. I got a very good deal.

The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4825DWF is a real asset for my office. This multifunction printer is fast, reliable and offers exceptional print quality. Whether for reports, contracts or presentations, printing is crisp, precise and fast.
Installation was straightforward, and Wi-Fi connectivity is seamless, allowing hassle-free printing from a variety of devices, whether via the Wi-Fi network or the Epson iPrint mobile app. The scanner is equally capable, with good speed and accuracy, making the day-to-day job of scanning and sending documents a breeze.
Finally, its robustness and consistent performance make it a very reliable printer for a small or medium-sized business. An excellent choice for those looking for an all-in-one model that's both powerful and economical. I highly recommend it for professional use!
Practical printer, but far from perfect.
The scanner is of good quality and fast. However, the cover is not held in place (by a jack or a spring), which makes it impractical to handle.
The functions are rich and interesting. The interface is ergonomic and well designed overall.
Printing is fast and there are no problems loading the paper. It's when it comes to print quality that I'm going to be stricter. When it comes to printing text documents (invoices, articles, reports, memos, etc.), the results are satisfactory. When it comes to printing images, I'm not satisfied. The colours are not precise and not very vivid (despite the use of official cartridges). When printing photos on glossy paper, the results were simply disappointing: lines appeared and the colours were not uniform.
What's more, when one of the cartridges is indicated as empty by the printer, it is no longer possible to print at all. This means you need to have cartridges in advance.
Conclusion: this is a very good printer for office use, but a poor one for photo printing.
