Defective, no support, no exchange, no refund
Exactly one month after receiving the product, it starts to sizzle on a really high frequency continuously, impossible to use without having headaches.
LDLC sends me back to BenQ, who takes a week and 4 messages to accept a return by RMA, Case# 00335297
The projector goes to repair for 12 days
And comes back with, and I quote, "a firmware update".
As expected, the hardware sizzle is not solved by a new firmware.
So the RMA was a sham.
Now BenQ is offering me, and I quote again, "to try to get a trade-in approved with a used unit".
It looks like I have lost 1300€.
