The Razer Viper 8KHz features the Razer Focus+ 20,000 dpi optical sensor, making it the most advanced sensor in the world. With incredible accuracy, this Razer mouse gives your opponents no chance, allowing you to deliver deadly strikes with extreme precision. The built-in memory lets you set up to 5 levels of DPI which you can vary on the fly via the button on the bottom of the mouse.
The difference between winning and losing is often a matter of fractions of a second, and with this in mind, the Razer Viper 8KHz is designed to give you a distinct advantage over your opponents. The Viper is equipped with second generation Razer optical switches that use an infrared light beam to transmit information.

Frankly I was surprised by the speed between the mouse and the computer, it's almost instantaneous thanks to the 8khz frequency. Note that other mice are around 1500, 1000 or 500 hz, so a difference 8 times greater than others. However, on certain games such as Valorant, the frequency can cause your fps to bug. So you'd have to reduce the frequency, but on all the other games I've tested I've had no problems.
