    Great value for money

    I ordered this chair after a lot of research and comparing different references.
    This one caught my eye because of its fabric finish => imitation leathers disintegrate over time. And they're also less pleasant in very hot weather.
    The foam is a bit denser than the competition, which makes the chair a bit 'harder', which is another criterion. I don't like a chair to be too 'soft'.
    Since I've had this chair, the pain in my back and neck has gone down a lot, which is why I chose this model.

    I only have one small complaint... I regularly (several times a week) get 'juice strokes', due to static electricity. I imagine this is due to the coating.
    Apart from that, it's a great chair, very comfortable, and made in France.

    very good firm seat

    Very good seat, good build quality with correctly sized materials; but....
    *The armrests are uncomfortable and anti-ergonomic, and they can't even be folded away, so I've taken everything apart for good, which leaves the protruding metal frame bare, so I'll have to adapt some DIY foam protectors to avoid damaging my wall.
    *The black paint on the base is very bad because it wears very quickly and leaves immediate scratches.
    *The gas strut protrudes a lot (70mm) above the minimum level of the leg, which is really very flat (which is an engineering weakness), so as I wanted to replace the castors with better quality ones (roller type) I had to find a sufficient height above the standards of the other chairs.

    A perfect chair

    So as far as I'm concerned, I wanted a gamer's chair that was a bit different at first (with footrests in particular). Well, it doesn't seem to be in fashion any more and I started reading the websites of the big chair manufacturers like REKT (a French brand, by the way) or AK RACING and NOBLE CHAIRS. I took the time to take into account quite a few characteristics because I'm quite heavy (95 kgs), so I wanted something solid.

    I fell for this armchair. I can tell you that so far it works very well and hasn't suffered any damage: the frame doesn't sink in on itself, the wheels don't deteriorate, the fabric hasn't wrinkled and I use it every day. Excellent work from REKT, who seem to have pulled out all the stops and are even offering other models.

    I can only recommend this brand. Just to be on the safe side, have a look at the site to see which chair would suit your size, for example.
