Overall, this is a very good chair, pleasant seat, very practical cushions. I don't give the maximum mark because I noticed a slight play in the adjustments of the chair, which doesn't hinder its use at all but shows that there is room for improvement all the same.
I received my order despite the difficulties with the COVID-19. The deadlines were respected.
I am a fan of the brand and this is my first gaming chair. I appreciate its comfort and its premium fabric. I have however a bad surprise on the right 4D armrest (too much play).
After some exchanges with CORSAIR, the manufacturer agrees to send me the spare part to replace (RMA).
Corsair quality at its best!
