The GS524UP joins the series and offers 8 PoE+ ports and 16 PoE++ ports to power high-powered PoE devices. With a total power budget of 480W, deploy more powerful PoE+/PoE++ devices on a single switch.
The GS524UP is energy efficient, built to last, and rigorously tested to deliver the reliability your business needs. 802.1p traffic prioritization and jumbo frame support enable seamless integration with more sophisticated networks.

Netgear's unmanaged switches feature 802.3az Ethernet, which reduces power consumption when there is light traffic on an active port or when there is no link or activity detected. It can save more power when a short cable is used.
