the software is a disaster, brand to be avoided!
First of all the keyboard is excellent, heavy, precise, pleasant, nothing to say it is of the best quality.
But the Ngenuity software? It's a shame, nothing works. If I insist on using the software... it crashes the keyboard and you have to unplug and plug it back in...
HyperX (HP for the software) doesn't care about the world!
I bought this keyboard for its build quality AND its backlighting.
The keyboard does not light up, nothing, nada, except Cap locks and Num PAD, classic, on led.

I have windows 11 on a recent configuration, nothing exotic, only safe and recognized.
I have uninstalled / reinstalled, unplugged / replugged, followed tutorials, nothing.
I've searched online, there are only people who complain about the software being useless... for years. I wish I'd done some research on the software before. The after-sales service is literally non-existent ("sorry the service is interrupted" (sic!))
For the price there shouldn't be this kind of problem.
I must be naive but how is it possible to make fun of the world like that?
Too bad, the hardware is excellent, but to be avoided absolutely!
