I don't know why I waited so many years to invest in a real computer chair.
I'm taking off one star because the backrest tilt lever gets a bit sticky from time to time, but nothing serious
I chose this chair with the secret hope of containing or even significantly reducing the intensity of my lower back pain, for its technical characteristics, and also for its aesthetic aspect (black/purple fabric).
A big congratulations to LDLC for its professionalism. I placed an order on 18/01/21 and received the package the next day. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. The package arrived in a large, heavy box, but in perfect condition. The unpacking and assembly took me about 30 minutes.
This is my first chair of this type, so I have no precise points of comparison with another model. What I can say about it so far: nice finish, seams that seem to be well made, fabric rather pleasant to the touch. Two small cushions are supplied with the chair: the one for the neck is very nice, but the one for the back was too hard for me, so I replaced it. The seat is quite firm, the backrest high and encompassing. The seat is quite firm, the backrest is high and encompassing, but at 170cm my head reaches the neck cushion, so this may not be the most suitable model for very tall people.
I'm a sportsman by nature, but I have serious back problems and work all day sitting behind my desk in a simple wooden chair. The back pain was almost unbearable. Since my purchase and after only 15 days, I already feel a radical change. It remains to be seen how it will evolve over time, but to date, I am very comfortable, and above all, my back hurts much less.
Overall, this chair gives me an impression of quality and robustness. It was a definite investment, but as far as I'm concerned and for the use I'm making of it, for the moment I don't regret my choice, this chair has changed my daily life, I'm delighted with it. My experience was positive both with the LDLC order and the product itself. I will come back here to place an order with confidence.
