It's a top of the range chair and you pay for it, but the wheels fall apart when you roll it.
The lumbar support feels good after a week or so.
The seat upholstery is soft fabric. It doesn't get as hot as leather, but it does attract dirt.
The armrest is adjustable in 4 dimensions, which makes it a noisy object. I prefer armrests that can only be adjusted in height.
Quality is not their strong point
