I bought this chair in 2019 and it is still perfect.
No back pain and the quality of the materials is perfect
This chair is comfortable and ergonomic, it remains to be seen how long it will last but for the moment (2 months) no regrets.
Very good seat for everyday use, seat and backrest are comfortable, adjustments are practical. Good value for money.
A chair that perfectly meets expectations. It's very sturdy, ergonomic and comfortable. I bought it for my work days in front of the computer (and not as a gamer) but it is also perfect for that.
I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's the right one for me, and I'm not sure if it's the right one for me: They only offer a limited number of possible delivery days, their website doesn't allow much for a more suitable appointment (I had to call LDLC to get them to contact me) and afterwards, well, it's only at the moment of delivery that the deliverer contacts you, because up until the day itself you know the day but not the time slot - and the information service on the phone is not the most pleasant either. Oh, and the delivery man doesn't go upstairs, I think for what I paid (30€), it's a bit... disappointing (I did it myself, it wasn't difficult but still). I hope that this is limited to my experience and that in general it happens differently.
I bought an AK RACING Core EX seat in September 2020 after 4 months of use (by my 15 year old son and his 50 kilos). After I was kindly referred to AK RACING, so LDLC does not even take responsibility for the after-sales service, on 17/05 there was still no after-sales service. Request for after sales service on 11/01/2021.
Bought for telecommuting (and some gaming)
OK it's nice
OK the mouse is comfortable
OK the cushion for the cervicals rests well the neck and the head
but:
- the armrests don't go high enough and are therefore useless (they don't touch my arms and I'm only 1m70!)
- the armrests do not adjust in a forward and backward direction
- the wheels are noisy and squeaky when rolling
- delivered with a broken plastic cover
- parcel kept in local warehouse for 10 days before being delivered due to lack of availability (on arrival the lorry was almost empty - in the morning anyway!)
conclusion: the chair is not worth its price and neither is the transport!

My old minister's chair, much cheaper than the one here, was starting to deteriorate, it was made of imitation leather, after 6 years of loyal service, it was time to change.
I am 100kg and 1.83m tall, so I decided to get a chair with enough room in the seat and a high enough backrest to put my head on, I also have back pain, so this chair seemed like a good deal.
The small cushion is useless, I used the large one for the lumbar vertebrae to put them in place of the small one. Not very good quality, it's a shame I can't adjust the straps properly to hang the cushion properly.
The seat is hard, very hard. It's surprising at first, but you soon get used to it.
The backrest is also hard, the only advantage is the height for the head.
The plastics are very cheap, already one of the scratches.
For the moment, the fabric is holding up well, I don't think it will last the year.
I have always had back pain since I got this seat, and the pain has gotten worse, it has already tipped over when I put myself a little too far forward.
In short, I find the seat too expensive for what it actually is.

I was looking for a gaming chair that was compatible with Monstertech stands and was large enough for my fat ass.
I'm not disappointed.
The delivery was on time, the assembly was not too complicated (even for me, who is left-handed in both hands) and the comfort was good.
I'm very happy with this product and it's a great product for a first gaming chair.

I have been using the chair for a few days now, and it is very comfortable, I even surprised myself by taking a nap while I was in front of my PC.
