cable too short
I ordered 50cm long jack cables.
In the 20 years I've been ordering them I've never seen the cables measured from one end of the connector to the other!
I have never seen the cable measured from one end of the connector to the other, and with a ruler I could see that from one end to the other (counting the connectors) the cable was no longer than 48cm. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it as an extension cord. The advert is therefore misleading.
I also had to pay almost 5E for postage (almost as much as the cables) for a delivery IN STORE (which should be free or almost), and which arrived late (delivery proposed on Saturday morning arrived on Monday).
I have been a loyal customer of LDLC for over 20 years and this is the first order where I am so disappointed.
