this printer is perfect for the scanner part and its application, on the other hand the printing ? usable for 30 pages, after 2 colour pages I am asked to replace the cartridges, what a joke ! if you scan mainly it will do the job, if you want to print a lot of documents pass your way .
I am very satisfied with this Epson printer which does its job very well! I have been using it for a while now and it is very easy to use. The printer is quick to set up and very easy to use with its large screen. The Wifi mode works very well, practical to print remotely from a PC or a mobile. I have never been disappointed by this brand and I recommend it!
Ah EPSON...
in order to replace an HP6830 that I was fully satisfied with, I wanted to try EPSON, without any preconceived ideas...
The result is a really "plastic" printer that is "knocking" and fragile, a really small screen that is not very readable, you really have to be in front of it, and the "red highlighting" is difficult to see (even when you are facing it)
A calamitous installation, long, drivers/software and web interface of another time... a firmware update that puts an error message (while it worked...)
and worse than all that, impossible to have a normal print on the blue colour after 20 cleaning procedures of alignment, maintenance of the nozzles, etc... no the blue refuses to print correctly...
I've been using it for a while now and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use it again...
I'm going to use the withdrawal period to send back this big piece of crap, and take a printer of another brand and another range I think... if you are a masochist... you can buy it, for the others run away...
