Compact and easy to transport
The mouse is really good for me, as I have small hands, it is not too big and I picked it up very quickly.
I highly recommend it.
Compact size and wireless design: the ASUS ROG Strix Carry mouse could pass for a standard mobile work tool, but it's not. Designed to be the ideal weapon for mobile gamers, the Carry is a real technology powerhouse. Firstly, its 7200 DPI gaming-grade PMW3330 optical sensor provides excellent responsiveness over time with an exceptional battery life of up to 400 hours! Take advantage of Omron's 50 million-click interchangeable switches and get ready for the battle with the advanced Armoury II configuration software.
Just because you travel a lot doesn't mean you have to play with laggy equipment. The Strix Carry features a fast and responsive PMW3330 gaming-grade sensor, delivering between 50 and 7200 DPI. Of course, you can adjust this value to get the best possible accuracy for your gaming preferences. You don't have to worry about the speed of this little gem either, as the maximum acceleration of 30G is more than enough in most cases!
To accompany you on your travels, the Carry had to be up to the task. First of all, its battery life of 300 hours in 2.4 GHz and 400 hours in Bluetooth will allow you to use it for long periods of time without having to constantly recharge it. SmartHop technology scans the radio signal (in 2.4 GHz) 1000 times per second and moves it to a clearer frequency when needed to ensure an excellent connection in all circumstances.
The dimensions of the Strix Carry also reflect its true nature, with an ultra-compact size of 101 x 62 x 36 mm. This means you can take it anywhere securely with the included protective case.
The mouse also features an ingenious switch replacement system: simply remove the top (magnetic) part of the mouse and then remove the desired switch(es) using the small clip provided. This is not just a gimmick, as a pair of alternative switches are included in addition to the basic ones. The Carry is also compatible with Omron D2F and D2FC series switches: take your pick!
With the ROG Armoury II software, you can create precise game settings , such as key assignments, macros, button deactivation and the classic DPI setting. The internal memory of the Carry can host up to 3 different profiles for more versatility.
