StarTech.com 's ST1000SPEX2L Gigabit Ethernet Low Profile PCI-E network card adds a 10/100/1000 Mbps-capable RJ45 Ethernet port to a PCI Express client, server, or workstation, providing a convenient additional or alternate network interface. This network card is IEEE 802.3/u/ab compliant with support for 9K extended frames, VLAN tagging and Wake On LAN (WOL). This versatile Gigabit Ethernet server/NIC adapter offers rock-solid performance. In addition, as a low profile model, it has a very small footprint/half height so it can be installed in computer/server chassis, compact.
