    No problem

I had a major problem with the Ethernet controller (Realtek 8111H on a CM Asus Prime X570P bought in March 2020) on my dual-boot PC (Linux and Win 10): the network was no longer accessible under Linux, but remained accessible under Win 10 (the Linux driver must not be very good).
Not wanting to change my configuration now, I bought this TP-Link UE306 V1 USB3-RJ45 adapter.
Plugged it into a stopped PC then booted Linux: the network was immediately connected and works normally.
    (Linux distribution antiX 19 amd64, kernel 4.9.200)
