I bought this drum because on your site it was compatible with my Brother printer but when I installed it the error message did not disappear.
I went into one of your shops and they told me that I had to buy the brand. So why is it compatible ????

Warning... This is only a DRUM but not the TONER contrary to the more than vague formulation of the site: "This UPrint drum will perfectly replace the Brother DR1050 manufacturer toner".
Once changed, it works but every three days I can't print anymore, the printer detects it as empty and not original .... I ordered an original one elsewhere, so avoid it especially as it is 3 euros more expensive than the original ....
