Very bad surprise!

I ordered this controller hoping to find myself with a quality product, but while all the internal settings of the console were made with the aim of working with a wired controller, nothing!

Especially not to buy!!!

First impressions are good especially for the price.
Good grip, vibrator, gyroscope....
Unfortunately after not even 2 hours of use the RZ button (R2 on PS4 controllers) broke while my son was playing quietly. I'm sure it's a hardware problem.
The warranty does not cover breakage, and it is not possible to get a button from the after sales service.
In short, I have just lost 25€ (fdpi). I'm very disappointed with the spirit of game brand and the LDLC after sales service which doesn't offer any solution.
