TheHPE Gigabit Switch 1620 Series is a line of intelligently managed, entry-level switches ideal for small businesses looking for basic networking features to improve network performance without increasing complexity or requiring more advanced, expensive switches. As part of the HPE OfficeConnect portfolio, these switches are plug and play devices. An intuitive Web-based graphical user interface provides easy access to adjust switch operation as needed. The HPE 1620 Gigabit Switch portfolio consists of 8-, 24-, and 48-port models that can be rack-mounted. Customisable features include VLAN support, EEE802.1p QoS and IGPM monitoring.

The HP 1620-24G switch is ideal for SMBs seeking basic networking features in an intelligently managed switch. This Gigabit switch is plug and play right out of the box. A Web-based graphical user interface provides easy access to fine-tune the operation of the switch as needed.


Simple deployment and management


The HPE 1620 series of switches includes entry-level, intelligently managed switches ideal for small businesses, with Plug and Play connectivity. No device configuration is required for gigabit-speed connectivity.

An intuitive web interface allows fine-tuning of network performance, if required.

Auto-speed negotiation automatically selects the speed of individual ports according to the customer's capabilities, without requiring manual intervention.

All models come with internal power modules that eliminate the need for external power adapters and can be rack-mounted with the supplied hardware. The 8 port model can be deployed on the desktop, wall or rack.
