What's new for me is the subwoofer. Even if music played from a desktop computer isn't necessarily synonymous with quality, having 3 speakers is a plus. I'm not a video player, so I haven't tested this function.
I needed to get some sound for my setup and I chose this Logitech seeing the good feedback and the price is really interesting.
I listen to a lot of music, watch a lot of movies and youtube on my PC, the sound is just perfect. The sound is just perfect. After a little break-in time, the sound is enveloping, powerful, I set the bass to less than half otherwise the whole place vibrates.
I had Bose before, Io has nothing to envy them. I wanted to be able to connect to the Asus motherboard with an optical connection. It ticks all the boxes.
Go for it!
Bought to replace a "Hercules XPS 5.1 Slim" system that lasted over 10 years (and was used a lot); the result is good.

The assembly is simple and the cables are of good length.

For watching movies it is almost perfect, especially since it is THX certified.
Be careful though: the purpose of this certificate (THX) is to guarantee optimal quality for sound reproduction, subjecting the electronics to a series of serious tests. In fact, the equipment meets a demanding set of specifications (normally).
In addition, the optical input offers the possibility of better sound quality.
On paper, this 2.1 system delivers a total of 200 watts RMS (35 watts RMS for each speaker and 130 watts for the subwoofer).
In short:
Tested with different types of music (Blues / Metal / Electro ... etc. ...), different types of movies (Medieval / Science Fiction / Western / Fantasy ... etc. ...) and different games (Cyberpunk2077 / No Man's Sky / ELEX / Northgard / Shadow Warrior 2 ... etc. ...).
I can say that globally, the quality-price ratio for the sound is correct.
Nevertheless, 200€ (roughly) is a bit expensive for 2.1. On the other hand, it remains to be seen how long it will last.

The pluses
+ Sound quality sufficient for games and videos. It is not Hi-Fi, however, but this system does not pretend to be.
+ Volume is largely sufficient. The bass is very present.
The -
- The two speakers are so oddly shaped that it is almost impossible to grip them with one hand!
- Only the bass is adjustable, not the treble. However, I find that it is quite balanced.
