I bought this fan to put on the back of my case which has a fan slot but no fan supplied. I tested both directions (inward and outward airflow) and finally it is the outward airflow that best reduces the temperature at the motherboard (which was my problem in the first place).
The fan is quiet and its speed is automatically adapted by the motherboard (you have to set it in PWM mode in the BIOS).

Great for cooling the CPU a bit more and avoiding too much dust; nothing to say
From the moment I unpacked it, the weight of the fan in the palm of my hand, you can feel the quality of the product. I mounted it on a CPU heatsink to push the air into a cone to extract it from the case. The silence is perfect. You can only hear the sound of the air blowing out.
A plus: a male and a female plug in parallel that allow to couple several fans.
I recommend this product.
I put six of these fans in my LIAN-LI large tower case (10 year old case with only 80mm slots).
The PWM function varies the speed from 1800 to 2800rpm depending on the heat detected by the motherboard sensors.
The CPUs (two XEON E5-2695v2 twelve cores at 2.8GHz) gain 5°C in temperature when running at 100% load.
