I'm very happy with my purchase, it matches the description and is quiet even at full power.
The P12 fans are very good, I already had black ones of the same model, and the value for money is hard to beat.
The pluses:
-PWN, so easy to manage fan curve, and PST, which makes it easy to put them in series (ideal for someone who doesn't have a hub).
-Good ventilation capacity, whether in case airflow or for a radiator, especially for the price (many tests showed that they were almost as good as Noctuas 3 to 4 times more expensive).
-Nice: tastes and colours, I really like the shape of the blades, sober and white fan.
Minuses:
-I have noticed many times noises (whether the white or black model) of motor depending on the speed of rotation. It is not a particularly unbearable sound, but you can hear it as soon as the room is silent. It is therefore necessary to adjust the curves to avoid this noise (already well known on this model).
-Sometimes, changing the fan speed brings a kind of clacking noise (as if a cable was gently rubbing the blades): by manually changing the speed of the blades in the bios, I immediately noticed this noise. Fortunately it almost never happens when changing the speed automatically (which follows the CPU fan curve). The problem persisted when changing motherboards, so I concluded that it was the fans.
Conclusion: Great value for money for an efficient and budget friendly fan. The only downside is the occasional noise that prevents me from giving it 5 stars.
I re-cooled my PC with the ML 240 V2 for the processor and then with the Arctic P12 white 3 fan kit to improve the airflow in my case. The reputation of the Arctic P12 and the tests on the internet led me to make this choice and I am very satisfied. The fans are quiet, efficient and they look good even without rgb.
The only downside is that, as another reviewer said, the screws are not great and there are no threads on the fan, so you don't have to disassemble and reassemble it too much.
I bought three fans for my tower, I'll start with the positive points; they are quiet when rotating and the air flow allows a satisfactory cooling.
The negative points are that there is no rubber silent block to avoid vibrations, the screws are of very poor quality and they are destroyed when tightened and there are no threads on the fans which makes the installation fragile (damages the fixing holes), creates a play very quickly and makes the use of other types of screws for the installation complex.
In conclusion, it takes a lot of time and patience to install it.
