The Modular CX Series benefits from the careful design and testing of the renowned Enthusiast high-power power supplies. Power cables from peripheral devices are not soldered to the power supply. So you can connect only the cables you need to configure your PCI-E cards and storage devices.
Unused cables stay in the box, not in your PC case where they would add to the clutter and impede airflow. Once the power supply is installed, it should be hidden from view. The use of a thermally controlled fan makes the CX modular range quieter in standby. Its large diameter reduces noise, even when you put a lot of strain on the system. |

Corsair quality.
Never been disappointed with the brand, several power supplies mounted in different configurations.
It is reliable and robust, for a secondary configuration R5 5500, B550 and RX6600.
So far so good. Everything is running smoothly!
What can I say about a power supply except that it seems to be sufficient to power a PC. Once again, thank you LDLC.
Installed in a Sugo 11 case, the fact of having only the necessary cables is an undeniable advantage. Silent, and discreet when loaded, For my configuration, power largely sufficient (no big graphics card, and two HDD, + 1 dvd, and a SSD M2, and a processor ryzen 7, 2700, 2 RAM DDR4.
Satisfied with the product
Despite the sleeve bearing fan, it does not make any noise, and over time when the fan starts to wear out, it will not be heard as it is at the bottom of the case, especially for those using a case with a compartment. The fan only starts at a certain wattage, which will increase the time before it starts to make noise.
The cables are black, you have to pay a premium to have this rather than multicoloured cables, especially as it's only 450 watts, 57€ just for black cables surrounded by a mesh, but it's worth it because multicoloured cables are really despicable.
I took this model after a change of case and ventirad and I am not disappointed at all. I'm not disappointed at all. Quiet, promising (future change of graphics card to be expected), modular which is practical. I've been using it for a while now and I'm not disappointed at all, but it's a great piece of equipment.
