    When it arrived I was a bit surprised by its size 11cm x 8.2cm, you will need a support to put the anemometer correctly so that it gives measurements consistent with reality, do not place it in a corner or near a wall, the ideal is to fix it on a pole or on the support of a TV antenna / satellite dish.

    On the other hand I do not trust the resistance of the plastic to the sun (up to 37° some days), especially as it is mostly black, I placed it for my part below my dish so that it is partly in the shadow of it.

    Practical and easy to install

    The Netatmo Anemometer is weather resistant and has even survived Cyclone COOK (category 4). it has little wind resistance. it was well fixed to a pole on the roof (calibration done at 5 meters from the ground) and free of any object that could have damaged it.
