The 5-port 10/100 Mbps PoE swtich TPE-S50 provides data and power over existing Ethernet cables to Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices such as access points and cameras. The TPE-S50 offers four 10/100 Mbps PoE Ethernet ports and one 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port.
5-port 10/100 Mbps ethernet switch with 4 PoE ports
The 5-port 10/100 Mbps PoE swtich TPE-S50 provides data and power over existing Ethernet cables to Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices such as access points and cameras. The TPE-S50 offers four 10/100 Mbps PoE Ethernet ports and one 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port. It is compatible with PoE (802.3af) devices with a total power capacity of 31 watts. This rugged metal switch connects with Plug and Play for reliable high-speed PoE network connectivity.
PoE Camera Flexibility
The switch recognises PoE cameras (15.4W) (or other PoE devices) and automatically supplies the required amount of power.
PoE power supply
A 31 watt PoE power supply capacity provides PoE power to up to four Power over Ethernet devices.
Ethernet networking
Five 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports provide 1 Gbps switching capacity to support advanced networking installations.

This switch is very well suited to power several cameras. It's a very good quality steel switch, far ahead of the small plastic linksys or dlink, with poe for a modest price, I was pleasantly surprised by this. I personally use it with 3 cameras, interconnected to a Synology nas.
Very good switch, feeds 1 camera without any problem, never bugged for 1 year now. Trendnet is a reliable brand anyway, breakdowns are rare and the hardware is of good quality. Here, the switch appears to be well made
Switch that doesn't make a mess. It powers 2 ip Zavio cameras (non motorized) without any problem.
I'm not disappointed at the moment.
I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure I'll ever be able to use it again. I've reached the end of the line :)
