    What can I say?

The rails should have been included with QNAP rack servers. The locking system is effective, unlike the old screw-on rails with cage nuts, which are very tedious when you're on your own to install it.
Unfortunately, the quality leaves something to be desired: two screws weren't tightened properly and, when I tightened them, one broke off, jammed in the screw thread and the nut jammed in the telescopic part. I didn't want to send it back because I really needed it, but the repair was really laborious. Fortunately, the rails slide well. Still, the price is excessive considering the finish.

    Does the job

These are rails...which allow the NAS to be installed in a rack...rails...

It's a pity that they are not supplied as standard with the rackmount NAS.
