Very good
I'm very happy with this guarantee, which I think is well within the price range. I haven't needed to use it yet, but I'm glad to know that if there's a problem, I have this guarantee.

Price for the ASUS 27" LED monitor - ROG Swift PG278QR which was really criticized in comments for pixel problems or other I opted for this warranty for peace of mind and so far not a single problem thanks anyway.
I'm not sure what else to say, this guarantee allows me to have the screen exchanged and thus avoid the unpleasant presence of dead pixels on the image.
LDLC has in my case proceeded to the exchange quickly.
Having had in the past a pixel problem fortunately on the side of the screen
this time I preferred to take precautions, I find this formula interesting
it must be unpleasant to have a dead pixel in the middle of the screen
I got a gamer pc from LDLC for almost 2000€.
So yes, 20€ is a bit expensive compared to a 150€ screen, but it's only 1% of the total price of the machine, and in the end, what you look at most is the screen. On the other hand, if you buy a 150 or 200€ screen alone, it's expensive.
This guarantee is a very good idea but it would have to be just a little cheaper to be really attractive for everyone (buyer and seller)
This guarantee is very useful to avoid any dead pixels for 3 months after purchase.
However, I take one star off given the fact that this service is based on a slice system and not a percentage of the screen price.
I think it's a very good idea to have this warranty, it must be frustrating to have one or two dead pixels not taken into account by the manufacturer's warranty. The price seems a bit high for a warranty that could be expected to be free, but it's not ldlc that will change that! And why not index the price of the warranty on the price of the screen rather than by price range? That would seem fairer.
Very good idea this guarantee. I received a screen with a dead pixel, so I contacted the customer service who was reactive and professional, sending me the same new product after sending a photo of the dead pixel by email and without waiting to have the defective screen. The cost of returning the latter is covered by LDLC. I received the second screen quickly via colissimo and without dead pixel :)
There are many chances to have at least one problematic pixel on a screen. Without this guarantee, it is not taken into account on the normal guarantee... It's a must to take to ensure a trouble free screen. I have no regrets about taking it because I am on my second exchange to get a perfect screen.
