A warranty like this on some screens with little known brands is comforting, but I think it should be slightly extended to be 100% sure of being potentially protected from any dead pixels, because let's face it, seeing a green pixel after 5 months is a pain in the ass, and a warranty like this one, or a way to extend it, would be very welcome
The screen is perfectly functional and delivered without any problems. Reservation about the fact that it has a few marks that are no longer visible once it is in use. High level of quality and comfort.
I ordered 2, delivered quickly and was pleasantly surprised by the factory calibration! It's beautiful, practical with the power button in front of it, easy to orientate, in short, you're happy. Thanks LDLC :-)

I've only seen this type of service at ldlc, it's my first time using their service (bought from eu), for 39€ for 3 months of guarantee 0 dead pixels it looks good (well for 13€ per month it's a bit expensive but the security is worth it), to have if it is really useful. I can't give you a clear opinion yet, I will receive my screen tonight. I hope I don't need this warranty, otherwise I hope it works in any situation.

Guarantee taken with the purchase of a 27" WQHD LED monitor, I didn't need it for the moment because the screen is perfect but without it and if I had had 1 dead pixel, I would have been disgusted. A bit like in a car when there's a little noise, you can't hear it anymore. A big 10% of the purchase price, it's not death and it can be very useful. Thanks to LDLC for this option.
I took this warranty for 3 BenQ screens, you can never be too careful. I hope I never need to use the warranty.
I take the 0 dead pixel guarantee every time I buy a screen, it avoids bad surprises when I unpack.
Useless but you never know, if I hadn't taken it I would have needed it so it counts as drinking, after so many years with LDLC I don't regret it and besides the 3 months haven't passed yet so you never know :D
