A difficult start, a motherboard acting up. A phone call to the Sav, convinced that my PC was going to be repaired. I find someone who explains to me exactly what needs to be done to the hardware, in 3 minutes flat. This guy deserves a raise. I held off calling back to speak to his boss... For real

I'm very pleased with the quality of the equipment and the speed with which it was delivered.
The length is more than adequate for my home, the plugs seem to be well made. The transfer rates do not change compared to my 3m cables. The most difficult part is to unwind the cable to avoid knots :)
The cable ordered was Beige and the one received is Grey (P/I:20170512), barcode 3 700224 744021
The characteristics are OK compared to the order.

Well done to the staff at Ldlc. Always top notch. Ordered my cable in the morning, received it the next day at noon. For the cable material bought to replace the Liveplug on my parasitic TV. Direct connection of this cable: nothing to say. Everything is fine.
