Get an invoice
We generate an invoice once the order has been entirely shipped. When an order is made up of several packages, the last package must have been shipped so that the invoice can be issued. Invoices are sent automatically to the email address provided at the time of ordering. They are also available from your customer account. To access them, select "My orders" in the left-hand menu of your Customer Account. If the invoice has been generated, simply click on the icon in the "invoice" column to download it.
Request a modification
Invoices generated by LDLC cannot be modified once issued. In particular, it is not possible for us to add a company name or a VAT number afterwards. If you are ordering as a compagny, we invite you to create a customer account on our website LDLC.pro.
