Refused or unclaimed package

You have refused a damaged parcel or for cancellation of the order, or the parcel has been repatriated to us by the carrier because it could not be delivered to the recipient. A package with items sold and shipped to metropolitan France generally returns to us within 1 to 2 weeks.

When we receive a package that has not been delivered, an email is sent to the email address of the customer account, in order to know what to do with the order. This email allows you to specify your choice:

 

It is also possible to contact us in advance in order to specify your wish: we will then be able to implement the agreed solution without additional steps upon reception of the parcel. If the returned parcel contained a part that was returned to the After Sales Service, and not a new order, only its reshipment can be implemented. As soon as a parcel is going to be or has already been returned, do not hesitate to contact us. We can open a case together and take note of your instructions in order to save time later on.
