Package reception and inspection

Please respect these instructions to allow you any recourse if necessary:

 

The packaging is in good condition: accept the package
Check the contents of the package as soon as possible, in the presence of the carrier if possible or just after his departure in the opposite case. If one or more articles are damaged, it is imperative to inform us within 72 hours via the form below. It is also imperative to send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 72 hours to the carrier specifying your contact details, the parcel number, the circumstances of delivery, the reservations indicated on the transport note, as well as the damaged items with their amount. Also keep the packaging (of the parcel) for the rest of the case in order to provide proof of a possible transport problem if necessary. If you do not follow these steps, the possibility of subsequent recourse will be limited, if not impossible.

 

The packaging is slightly damaged: indicate your reservations and accept the package
The parcel suffered a shock or damage? Please specify this by precise and detailed reservation on the carrier's shipment note.  Indicate the words "DAMAGED" followed by a precise description of the damage. For example,"upper left corner slightly crushed", or "wet box". The words "subject to unpacking" have no value.

The packaging is badly damaged or has been opened: do not open the package and refuse it
The package is crushed in one or more places, it is nicked, it is wet, it is open or has non-original tape? Unless you are sure that the items are in perfect condition, do not open the package and refuse it! Please contact us as soon as possible via the form below.

It is not necessary to send a registered letter to this carrier. You must go to your post office within 48 hours from parcel's reception to have a report drawn up.

It is not necessary to send a registered letter to this carrier. You simply need to contact our services within 72 hours from parcel's delivery.
