An item is missing from the order

Your order has arrived and the package is in good condition, but a product is missing? First of all, please check that it has not been sent in another package. Each order confirmation email specifies, parcel by parcel, its exact content. It is also possible that you will find a delivery note in the package. If the missing item is not mentioned on this note, it is because it is intended to arrive in another package: no worries!
