Gigabyte X870 EAGLE WIFI7 reliable and complete, good WiFi 7, solid VRM, ideal for a modern gamer setup.
Hello
Very good team at LDLC Clay Souilly who advised me well and was responsive, I came for a breakdown they took the pc in hand made all the test my find this motherboard a good value for money assembly, test top.
Superbly equipped card with USB 4, Wifi 7, and Pcie 5.0. This is the kind of product you should choose for an upgrade right now, it'll be around for a while.
I ordered all the components to put together a powerful and versatile PC directly from the LDLC shop,
The prices are a little higher but the seller's advice enabled me to have more efficient and reliable equipment, and to benefit more easily from the guarantee in the event of a problem.
I am very satisfied.
So I paid for a dust removal, but I found a few traces of dust, and the watercooling, which had been placed vertically, is now making a noise as if some liquid was missing.
I like things to be simple and well thought out.
This is the case with this motherboard, which does the job well from a technical point of view, but above all was simple to install and configure.
The only negative point is that I had trouble using the Gygabite software to create fan management profiles. So I used another piece of software, but otherwise it works!
Motherboard that does the job, but misleading communication about the presence of "WiFi 7", which in reality is limited to 160MHz channels and not 320MHz, which cancels out the gains in throughput compared to WiFi 6E. I find this rather dishonest. I wouldn't have bought this motherboard if I'd known about it, especially at that price.
Just so you know, Asus does the same thing - you'll have to turn to MSI if you want true WiFi 7.
Source here (I can confirm that with this motherboard I've seen no improvement over my previous WiFi 6) :

With a Ryzen 9 9900X, 64GB DDR5 (2x32GB) and an RTX 3060, everything works very well under Windows 11. Whether it's connectivity (BT, WiFi, RJ45) or BIOS configuration, everything's fine.
Coupled with a Ryzen 7 9700X, it does its job. With Windows 11, I downloaded the drivers from the gigabyte site, no worries, works perfectly with an RTX 4070 and 32 Gb of DDR5 and a ssd samsung. Good performance in games, nothing to say about it, on photoshop it takes off compared to the i7 5280K. The wifi and bluetooth are a plus.
