        FUYEZ

        1. As a Windows user, I couldn't care less about an engraved keyboard for use on Mac OS: a bunch of keys has up to 4 inscriptions...

        2. Options+ lets you redefine some of them, but only as an overlay, because try assigning Alt+Shift+PrintScreen to access high contrast mode on a keyboard that no longer has a PrintScreen key, because of course passing an ASCII code doesn't work, in some cases even disabling it, such as the session lock located just above the - on the numeric keypad, flanked by a key for... launching a calculator...

        3. If, like me, your eyesight is a problem, you should know that 4 to 5 days of backlight use will drain the battery, which will obviously have to be replaced by a technician (if that's planned...), especially as no information on its type THEREFORE its lifespan is available, either in the documentation or online.

        4. The manufacturing process is also problematic, as this keyboard is designed to be under your nose: positioned at forearm length, the light leakage at the base of the keys generates a "noise" that is detrimental to reading the keys, which is the last straw.

        5. On the software side, this keyboard is said to be "unifying", whereas Bolt, another logitech technology that makes my logitech M325 mouse unifying, previously recognised by its software, is now seen as absent by options+ or "other peripherals/wireless device" by the windows peripheral manager.
Worse still: both now prevent my computer from remaining in standby mode, forcing it to come out after 30 seconds.

        6. Finally, what can you say about customer support forcing you to use a robot to get through to a technician who sounds hardly any different and ends up telling you, after forcing you to repeat and repeat until he understands, that you need to contact Microsoft because the problem is with Windows...
        RUN AWAY!!!

Very good keyboard, despite a few drawbacks

I bought this keyboard in combination with the MX Masters 3S mouse. I received it about a week ago. It works very well on Linux (Ubuntu) as long as you install solaar for the finer settings. The dongle is natively recognised and connects easily to both mouse and keyboard, which is a real plus. The keys are comfortable and responsive, and make a pleasant noise.
Simultaneous use on several workstations is really appreciated. The battery seems to hold a charge.

On the downside, some of the keys have an overload of printed characters, which makes them rather difficult to read. But with a bit of practice, you'll get the hang of it. The backlighting is very configurable, but I have the impression that sometimes the keyboard switches back to automatic mode, forgetting the manual settings. Again, nothing catastrophic. Much more annoyingly, the charging cable is ridiculously short! Unless you have a USB socket very close by, it's impossible to use the keyboard while it's charging.

In short, it's a very good product overall, but because of these few details (considering the price), I wouldn't give it 5/5.

        Good product

The only downsides to this product are the overloaded lettering on the keys, which makes it hard to read, and the basic shortcuts such as alt+F4, which aren't set up like a normal keyboard.

Probably good for domestic use, not for a work tool.

        Good stuff :
        - Good craftsmanship
        - Pleasant typing
        - Adaptive backlighting
        - Can be combined with three systems
        Bad news:
        - MAC/PC multi-engraving leads to key overload and confusing reading. Wanting to do two things at the same time is a very good way of doing both badly. While there is a MAC-only version, there is no PC-only version, which is a shame.
        - There are extra keys but not all 102 keys on a standard keyboard, no screen printer for example (there's an equivalent programmable key but it doesn't send the standard key code and so isn't recognised as the screen printer key).
        - The function keys are not arranged in blocks of four as is standard, which handicaps their use by making it less instinctive.
        - There's no num lock indicator, nor for stop/scroll (the key is missing anyway...)
        - There are some useless and obtrusive keys, such as the one in the top right-hand corner to lock the session... why?!? There's Windows+L, which at least you don't do by accident. Same thing with the context menu key when there's Shift+F10 or right-click...
        - There is a software package that can take some of these pitfalls out of the equation, but it doesn't allow you to reprogram the keyboard itself - it's a software overlay. So you'd have to install it, configure it and keep it on all your computers... And the software doesn't exist for all operating systems.
After 3 days of laborious use, I sent the keyboard back. At 120€ it's hard to get past the ergonomic problems. As usual, LDLC customer service was impeccable and efficient. No worries there.
I think this product may be suitable for family use but I strongly advise against it for professional and/or technical use.
(At 50€ I would have given it 4/5 but at 120€...)

        At the top

Delivery in less than 24 hours as expected.
The keyboard is very pleasant to use, with no noise.

Great keyboard but not Unifying compatible

The keyboard itself is a great product, the quality of the materials is top notch and the keys are very comfortable.
I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the misleading description which states that this keyboard is compatible with the Unifying usb dongle when in fact it isn't; it comes with a different dongle (Logi Bolt).
It's a shame, because I'd bought it because I thought it was compatible with the Unifying dongle I already had.
It's not the end of the world in itself, because the keyboard is really nice, but maybe I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known beforehand that it wasn't compatible with my dongle.

        Beautiful keyboard

A very handsome keyboard, relatively heavy with its metal casing and battery compartment, it gives off an impression of solidity. It's pleasant to type on, and the backlighting when you bring your hands close to the keyboard is pretty cool.
The access keys are practical. Of course, you'll need to get into a few new habits. The function key to the right of the space bar, for example.
I understand that the Windows/Mac dual labelling can be confusing for some people. My wife asks me "where's the Windows key? For me, that's its only 'flaw', and I don't regret my purchase...
