I had previously bought a compatible cartridge on your site (TONER B2420 black) for my printer
HL-L 2375 DW Brother printer.
But these toner cartridges are recognised by the printer as not being original and it is impossible to print a correct document. (print barely legible, too pale). So I bought a product for nothing. GRRRRRRR.........
You should not sell these toner cartridges as they are unusable.
When are you going to withdraw them from sale?

My laser cartridge is still in stock, in its packaging, but I think that if I were to be dissatisfied with it, it wouldn't be ELDLC's fault anyway.

Arrived in good condition, and even though I haven't put it in the printer yet (I still have an active one and a spare), I assume it will work as well as any previous one. The used toner recovery policy is also clear and easy (put the old toner in the box of the new one, print a label, stick it on, post it).
