Well
I don't know at the moment what this processor is worth. Installation, thermal paste OK. I'm waiting to see what it will do over time.

Processor mounted on an ASRock Jupiter H470 with 2x8 GB DDR4 2133 MHz RAM and a 480 GB SATA SSD. Under Linux, it runs perfectly well for internet browsing and office activities.
The processor is a bit more limited for multitasking when computing operations are in progress (gaming, numerical calculation, etc).
It remains a very good entry-level model, especially for the price.
Installed on an ASRock Jupiter H470 mini-PC, which I equipped with a 500 GB SSD and 2x8 GB DDR3 2133 MHz RAM. The processor is up to the task for all the office tasks it is designed for.
For more computationally intensive tasks (e.g. MATLAB calculations, some games, etc.), it can become quite limited, and it is better to use a more powerful CPU.
No regrets after a year of use - very stable, no issues encountered. Runs great for: video games/graphics - Don't abuse multitasking
Mounted in an office configuration on an ASRock H470M-HDV
with Textorm 16GB DDR4 2666, this is a small configuration with a very good price/performance ratio.
Coupled with 8GB of DDR4 Ram this is an excellent processor for its purpose (office and light photo editing).
It's a great processor for the office and for light photo editing, so go for it if you're looking for a great value.
And thanks again to LDLC for their system that ensures compatibility between components, no need to worry about it!
I bought this processor for office use, and it is quite good enough for performance, but the original fan didn't last long, it was making a rubbing noise until the BIOS flashed and then it stopped working... I replaced it with a 25 euro fan, it was the first time I tried an original Intel fan, and it will be the last :D
I took this processor coupled with a Gigabyte H410M S2 to replace the motherboard/CPU of a friend who had taken lightningJust for "office" use, a TDP of less than 60 watts, largely sufficient for my friend, the original fume hood is not noisyWith an SSD under Windows 10 runs very well
I bought this processor to make a secondary office and gaming PC. No problems with installation. The fan is quiet but really mini, we'll have to see in the long run. I put it on a motherboard asrock h470m with a rx560 and 16gb of ram. The performance in games is amazing for the price. In 1366 by 768 Sekiro and Jedi fallen order are smooth 50fps in high and Warzone 60fps in medium. I haven't tested the integrated GPU.
The motherboard is not very suitable for this processor model, which is nevertheless very correct.
Nothing to say about the processor itself, the specs speak for themselves.
The ventirad has very basic plastic fixings that don't look very solid. nevertheless I haven't noticed any vibration and it's not too noisy
