Hello,
I bought this processor while waiting for an I5 11400 (which I have already received). I needed an emergency processor to work and especially cheap. It's perfect for office work (except for networked workstations). I'm not sure I'll be able to get it to work, but I'm not sure I'll be able to get it to work at all. I'm keeping it to create a future media center.
I'm happy with my purchase, it's great for troubleshooting.
I've been using it for a while now, but it's a good one, and I'm not sure I'll be able to afford it.
It's a great piece of equipment for a desktop PC, it's very cheap and comes without a box and a heat sink, so it's a great price.
Cpu mounted in a htpc configuration with 8go ddr4 2133mhz, a ssd m2, a h410m motherboard and a gt1030.
The power output is quite surprising for a cpu of this type, sufficient for all office and multimedia activities, it even comfortably powers the nvidia gt1030 thanks to its high clock rate allowing 720p gaming in the living room.
The power consumption is very low and as a result this cpu does not heat up and offers a noise level compatible with htpc use.
Only the multi-tasking will show its limits because of its 2 theads.
An excellent investment that I recommend for a htpc.
