At first glance, the packaging seems a bit light and makes you fear a problem, but nothing of the sort.
The processor is perfect, without any defect.
It heats up much less than the old one and the performance is there.
I do not regret this purchase.
I received a processor with bent pins, I contacted customer service. In return I was blamed and overwhelmed with dubious and made-up justifications.
I did not wish to pursue it further, you have already made me lose enough of my time and my money.
It's a very efficient processor for my use; it runs cool with its 65 watt power and a good ventirad, and I don't go above 60 degrees while gaming. The order arrived quickly, I'm very satisfied.
It matches the order, works well, no issues, the top of AM4 since the X3D are no longer manufactured
The processor arrived with 2 bent pins and a clear impact on the box.
I managed to straighten the pins and get the processor working (which has the expected performance) but I am very disappointed to have had to do that.
The plastic box clearly had inadequate protection in the cardboard shipping box (no bubble wrap, only a piece of cardboard to try to wedge the box in place).
Even though the processor is shipped in "version tray", a layer of bubble wrap should be added for a minimum of protection.
