Efficient, does not heat up much. Easy to assemble and comes with a fan. Suitable for office use. F1 2018 game runs very well though.

Satisfied with the 10-core Intel Core i5-10400F microprocessor (2.9 GHz / 4.3 GHz), does not heat up much and does its job well for the price paid.
Excellent value for money for this processor which has given my tower a new lease of life. Even with recent games, it rarely exceeds 50' usage and doesn't get very hot.
The i5 is amazing for this price, I had an i5 4460 with 1060 3gb, Hitman 2: the graphics card is good for this game but the cpu not at all.
I played this game with the 10400f, nothing to say it's performing 60fps constant.
I've been using the 10400f for a while now, but it's not a good one, it's a good one.
What I liked:
-the thermal paste is pre-applied to the ventirade
-the cpu is easy to install
-the cpu does not overheat

Very good little processor, works perfectly well with a rtx 3060ti and 16go at 3200mhz.
Only small weakness, the original ventirad is really noisy (I had an i5 6600 with the stock ventirad from intel and it was less noisy)
Very happy with this purchase, the performance of this little processor is really very good, the 6c12t has become a standard today.
The only negative points (which is external to the processor) are the price of the CM and the limitation of the ram frequency.
From a very old generation i5 (2500K), you can quickly see the difference. The extra cores and hyperthreading; the turbo... It is really appreciable on real multitasking
Very good processor. Mounted with a decent graphics card, well suited for a mid-range gaming PC.
It's great for gaming with a GTX 1060 6GB ASUS graphics card and 16GB of ram. For example I play F1 2020 in full.
