  This opinion is probably biased as it has not been very long since I bought this product and it is typically the kind of item where the quality differential is felt over time.

  Good audio quality (mic and earphones), the earcups are solid, the headset is light and comfortable. But after 2 years the padding is starting to flake off and fall apart... No spare parts sold by Logitech.
